Reader Earlier this week I shared here that I was diagnosed with breast cancer. It's been jarring. What I wasn’t prepared for was the outpouring of love. The calls, texts, and visits have been overwhelming in the most beautiful way. Thank you, truly, to everyone who has reached out. (And, if I have not gotten back to you I will) This self-employed introvert is deeply grateful—and also, completely exhausted. I don’t see this as a battle. I’m not “fighting” cancer. I will not use the masculine language of war, and might. Instead, I’m meeting this new experience with curiosity and compassion. I’m asking the cancer what it came to teach me. I’m choosing radical healing, not just through doctors and treatments, but through slowness, nourishment, love, and deep listening. To fully step into this season of healing, I’ll be taking a couple of months off from parts of my business. (If you're currently in a program with me—don’t worry, those are still continuing.) But many things are shifting. I’m also being honest about what support looks like right now. If you’ve ever thought about bringing a piece of my art into your home—now is a meaningful time to do so. I’m offering 10% off all original artwork on my website this week with the code THANKYOU at checkout. Your purchase directly supports my ability to take time off, cover out-of-pocket medical costs, and invest in the holistic care practices that insurance won’t touch. This isn’t a plea. It’s an invitation. An invitation to surround yourself with beauty. To bring more joy and color into your space. And in doing so, help me build the space I need to fully heal. Thank you, truly, for being part of my community. I feel your love and support in so many ways.
Together We Rise, P.S. Use the code THANKYOU for 10% off. Every piece helps me move through this season with more ease and care. More of my favorites still available... 💫 Sale Ends April 23rd at midnight

What I want you to know is this: I’m fully committed to my work, my art, and my mission to serve you with everything I’ve got. This is another chapter,...
The Painted Way Presents Pre-Orders End March 27th Heirlooms In The Making Reader I recently watched Widow Clicquot, the story of Barbe-Nicole Ponsardin, born in 1777—the woman behind Veuve Clicquot champagne. After her husband, François Clicquot, passed away, she was left with debt, uncertainty, and a future that society told her was no longer hers to shape. In a time when women were not allowed to own businesses, she defied expectations, outmaneuvered men, transformed an unstable enterprise...
