Reader Life has a way of throwing curveballs when we least expect it. And, right now, I'm in the midst of navigating one of those moments. I’ve recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. The good news is that it seems small and manageable. Still, the process is full of unknowns, and I want to be transparent with you as I move through this. What I want you to know is this: I’m fully committed to my work, my art, and my mission to serve you with everything I’ve got. This is another chapter, and it’s one I’m choosing to approach with hope, courage, and, as usual, a whole lot of creativity. I believe this moment is an opportunity to lean into what I’ve been teaching: resilience, self-care, and listening to our inner guidance—even when life throws us off course. I may share bits of this new detour as I go, but I also wanted to take a moment to share how I’m planning to continue my work with you—whether through coaching, painting, or my upcoming workshops. Currently all programs are moving forward as usual and if something changes I will let you know. I also want to share that, like many of us in this world of self-employment, things are tight when the unexpected happens. So, if you’re looking to add a little beauty or creativity to your life right now, I have some pieces available in my collection, and I’m still taking commissions for custom work as well. To make it a little easier for you to bring a piece of my art into your space, I’m offering a special 10% off sale on all original artwork this week only (through Wednesday the 23rd) use the code 10%OFF at check out. Every purchase and piece of support makes a world of difference to me and my business as I move through this process.
If you’ve been considering adding a piece of art to your space, or if you’re interested in something personal, this is the perfect time to invest in something beautiful while also helping me cover upcoming medical costs and living expenses during recovery. Thank you, as always, for your support. You truly make a difference in my life, and I’m so grateful for you. Together We Rise, |

The Painted Way Presents Pre-Orders End March 27th Heirlooms In The Making Reader I recently watched Widow Clicquot, the story of Barbe-Nicole Ponsardin, born in 1777—the woman behind Veuve Clicquot champagne. After her husband, François Clicquot, passed away, she was left with debt, uncertainty, and a future that society told her was no longer hers to shape. In a time when women were not allowed to own businesses, she defied expectations, outmaneuvered men, transformed an unstable enterprise...
